Dance Workshop Series with Michael McCrary

Michael's class is high energy, fast paced, and athletic. Class begins with a warmup working on alignment, isolations, core strength, and stability. Progressions following will help develop speed, technique, and how to change direction in space. Choreography will be rooted in jazz and will help the dancer focus on dynamics, musicality, and footwork. The vibe of the class will always be about having a good time, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude, while challenging yourself as an artist. Can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!
