BARRE FITNESS

A full-body barre fitness class aimed to strengthen and create long, lean muscles. This also includes cardio segments for stamina and endurance.

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Low-intensity exercises that increase the total range of motion. Flexibility and balance exercises, which work stability muscles, can decrease the chance for muscle imbalances, which can throw off your body movement and open the door to falls and injuries. Flexibility and balance training also can boost sports performance and make accomplishing everyday tasks easier.

BALLET
This class will focus on ballet fundamentals, posture, alignment, and technique. Beginning at the barre, progressing to center work which includes extension, jumps, and turns. Concludes with flexibility training.

PERSONAL TRAINING

A safe and effective exercise program just for you and your personal fitness goals. During fitness training sessions, your personal trainer will create and walk you through exercises that will challenge you and take you one step closer to reaching your fitness goals.

DANCE STYLES & TECHNIQUE
This class will expose skaters to various styles of dance to help with performance quality on the ice. It will begin with a warm-up and stretch, followed by center work and progressions across the floor. It will conclude with learning choreography to a particular style of dance, which will change each week. Dance styles will include Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, contemporary, broadway, modern, and more.

ON-ICE ARTISTRY
This class will focus on ballet fundamentals, posture, alignment, and technique. Beginning at the barre, progressing to center work which includes extension, jumps, and turns. Concludes with flexibility training.

VIRTUAL TRAINING
Coronavirus may have temporarily halted our in-person training, but it didn’t mean we had to stop training! We have found such success with these virtual lessons including improvement of skills and consistent focus + determination.
We are excited to announce that Beyond The Ice will continue to host Virtual Lessons in addition to in-person training for the foreseeable future!

OPEN GYM
Open gym hours provide our members an additional opportunity to work on various skills, techniques, or to simply do their own workout. We always have a coach available during these hours to offer help and address any questions you might have.
